(APN 159-110-25, 29, 30 & 31) (PA-0800134 SU) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer should dedicate right-of-way along Walker Lane,within the limits of <br /> the site, as needed to provide a 60' roadway section (30' half section). Full frontage <br /> improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalks,driveways, pavement <br /> widening and street lighting should be installed on Main Street and on Walker Lane, <br /> adjacent to the site. Likewise, the owner/developer should construct an appropriate <br /> vehicular turn-around at the northerly termination of Rapallo Street. Said improvements <br /> should be installed prior to occupancy of any new buildings/structures on this site. <br /> 2. As shown, the "Local Residential Street Section" detail does not correspond to the <br /> overall 50' right-of-way dimension. Local residential street improvements shall conform <br /> to City of Stockton Standard Pians and Specifications, including a 54' right-of-way. At a <br /> minimum, the curb-to-curb section shall be 34' in width to meet current fire code <br /> requirements. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
