Walker Lane, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> U!l fP�The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 15, 2007 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Final Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> �fL Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from the City of Stockton Public Works Department that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation <br /> from the City of Stockton Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the <br /> sewer capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> C. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. <br /> A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded <br /> for or are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br /> D. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an <br /> approved disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400, <br /> F Per Environmental Health Department condition of approval for PA-0600184 (see attached) <br /> Lots 1-15, 50, 51, 52 and 53 shall not apply for a Building Permit until such time the well and <br /> septic system that are currently serving Lot"B" are abandoned and destroyed in accordance <br /> within the requirements of the Environmental Health Department <br />
