The applicants shall submit to the Environmental Health Department the following <br /> comments filed with the San Joaquin County Recorders office as an instrument of the <br /> proposed lot line adjustment: <br /> NOTE: <br /> In reference to the proposed lot line adjustment of APN 159 110 09 (B) from 2.5 acres to <br /> 0.27 acre,the applicants/owners Robert Caffese and Ernest Vasti agree that for consideration <br /> of Recordation of Survey approval from San Joaquin County Environmental Health, <br /> applicant shall not apply for a building permit for lot(A)until such time the well and septic <br /> system that are currently serving Lot B are abandoned and destroyed in accordance with the <br /> requirements of EHD.
