REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-96-7 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system <br /> constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division and the Department of <br /> Public Works. A waste water treatment plant study acceptable to Department of <br /> Public Works and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division is required prior to the approval of the improvement plans of any <br /> work within the site. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 6. Submit pians for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. for approval. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer (San Joaquin County Development title Section 9-1105.2). <br /> 7. If the existing structure(s) are to be remodeled (Doug Manser, personal <br /> communication 2/5/97),with no new structure(s) constructed and estimated daily ' <br /> vehicle trips to the facility stay at 420, then an addition repair shall be made to the <br /> existing septic system under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. The addition shall consist of 375 lineal feet of leach line or its equivalent. <br /> k <br />
