NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance :of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development,`Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> (1) The proposed 30 foot-wide access easement in favor of Parcels Two, Three and Four as shown <br /> on the site plan dated December 14, 2009 shall be included in the legal descriptions created for <br /> Parcels Two,Three and Four as part of the"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'. <br /> c. PROPERTY,[NE SETBACK: (the following requirement shall apply) <br />� r <br /> (1) The proposed new rear property line for Parcel One shall meet the rear yard setback <br /> f requirements for the AG-40 zoning designation (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) for <br /> 4 non-agricultural and agricultural structures. (the following requirements shall apply) <br /> (1) Parcels One, Two and Three shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet, measured at the front <br /> yard setback line.
