Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written <br /> confirmation from the Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the <br /> sewer capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9=1100.3). <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Parcel Map <br /> recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services <br /> either are bonded for or are inplace, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9=1120.2). <br /> E; <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> Page 1 of 2 a-f <br />
