c <br /> 4. One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> 5. The parking lot shall be secured from automobile traffic at night after business <br /> hours. <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2. Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Tale Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected along the west <br /> property line within the parking area A second solid masonry wall six to seven <br /> feet in height shall be erected along the south property line of APN 119-210-16. <br /> Both walls shall be set back 10 feet from the street right-of-way. The walls shall <br /> be joined at the north and of the parking lot with an pen fence (e.g. chain link). <br /> A locking gate shall be provided for maintenance access to the back area. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d](1]) <br /> 2. Storage areas for trash shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent <br /> properties and public right-of-way. Screening shall be six to seven feet in height. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d]92]) <br /> 3. Except for trash receptacles, outdoor storage is not permitted. <br /> h. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> 1. Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][i] or 505.5[c]) <br /> i. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed use will change the occupancy from a B or S occupancy to a A-3 <br /> or A-2.1 occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502).
