Martin <br /> 4410 E. Waterloo Rd, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b) <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation at existing home and <br /> businesses at time of development under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> meets State standards prior to recording the final map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> d. Destruction of the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required at time of development. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> f.
