BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-89-643 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL OF ROSEMARY CASTILLOU AND DENYING USE <br /> PERMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-89-23 OF FREDERICK AND ALBERTA HECK (C/O <br /> JAMES VOSBURG ) . <br /> WHEREAS, on June 15 , 1989 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter ; and <br /> WHEREAS , on August 10 , 1989 , this Board of Supervisors did con- <br /> duct a public hearing on said matter , notice of which hearing was <br /> given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having <br /> been received in favor of or opposed to said matter , and this Board of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the premises ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> the appeal of Rosemary Castillou be granted, and that Use Permit <br /> Application No .
