If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated hazardous <br /> material stored onsite at, cers.calepaca gov, for all regulated Certified Unified Program <br /> Agency(CUPA)programs. <br /> f. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> 4. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and <br /> Open Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended that <br /> the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended that <br /> the project applicant obtain an information package. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Staff Contact: Brian <br /> Clements, {5591230-5937) <br /> a. The proposed project is subject to the District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review). The <br /> applicant shall comply with all District Rule 9510, including payment of all applicable fees, <br /> as a condition of approval. <br />
