The <br /> project includes the installation of three(3)utility poles, and an underground fiber optic <br /> cable.for data transmission; located on the east side of North Waverly Road, 6,700 feet <br /> north of East Flood Road,Linden. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: San Joaquin County APPLICANT: Ameresco <br /> ADDRESS: 6484 N. Waverly Road,Linden APN: 093-440-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently not located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Zone. <br /> Waverly Road has an existing and planned right-of-way of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.
