Each tower shall have a 50 foot minimum horizontal <br /> radius of existing ground with a 2 : 1 slope away from the tower. <br /> 2. Vehicle access to each tower is to be maintained . <br /> 3. No permanent structures or wells are to be constructed <br /> under the transmission line. <br /> 4. CCWD is to have the right of ingress and egress for pur— <br /> poses related to the transmission line. <br /> The gravel operator should comply with OSHA clearance <br /> requirements for high voltage. <br />
