Monitoring at the Western Farm Service, Ino. (WFS) facility in Vernalis, California <br /> (Figure 1). The work described in this report was performed in compliance with the <br /> - Remediation Pilot Study Monitoring Program of the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (RWQCB) Monitoring and Reporting Program No. R5-2003-0815 (MRP <br /> R5-2003-0815) dated 28 May 2003. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> ., By letter dated 21 September 2001, GeoSyntec received approval from the <br /> RWQCB to implement and monitor a pilot-scale field test for enhanced in-situ <br /> anaerobic bioremediation of volatile organic compounds (e.g. 1,2-dichloropropane [1,2- <br /> DCP] and 1,2,3-trichloropropane [1,2,3-TCP]) and nitrate detected in groundwater. The <br /> Remediation Pilot Study Monitoring Program requires quarterly monitoring of <br /> monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-6 and annual monitoring of MW-4 and MW-5 for <br /> constituents outlined in MRP R5-2003-0815.
