Interviewing the current Property owner/tenants/maintenance chief, as available, to obtain information on current and past operations that may have led to a release of oil, gasoline, solvents, or hazardous material(s) to L the soil or groundwater, and information regarding the presence of underground storage tanks (USTs), hydraulic lifts, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), etc. on site.
