By retaining NOA Environmental to complete a Phase 1 according to ASTM E1527-00, you have set in motion an investigative process by which"all appropriate inquiry into the previous ownership and uses of the property"will be conducted, Please be aware that while the Phase t process is often routine,our responsibility, is not to merely complete a checklist of information sources reviewed, but to investigate the past ownership or uses of the subject property and rxarbyproper6cs end identify any situations which might have caused environmental contamination of the property. User's Rrsponslbindes ASTM Standard E1527-00 identifies specific responsibilities on the part of the user to assist in completing the investigation. It also specltles that the current owner(&) and occupants (if any)be interviewed. The attached two-part questionnaire is designed to address these specific portions of Part 1 includes questions which relate specifically to the user's maponsillWties,and to additional information sources which will be useful to us in completing our investigation most efficiently.
