Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. d. Public water and sanitary sewer services shall be required when available. (The owner will be required to pay his proportionate share of fees for the services and formation of County Service Area for their maintenance) . e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time the building permit application. The frontage improvement for Welty Road shall be constructed in conformance with t he standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way industrial street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $250 . 00 fee is required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval.
