CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-37 <br /> PAGE SIX <br /> 5 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. The Project shall implement the District ' s Fugitive Dust <br /> Control Measures during construction. <br /> b. The applicant shall apply for Authority to Construct and <br /> Permit to Operate for the equipment necessary in the operation <br /> of the bag house. Pollution emitting devices and equipment <br /> required in the controlling of these emissions will require <br /> Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate. The applicant <br /> shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Air <br /> Pollution Control District prior to operation. <br /> C. It shall be a condition of approval for the applicant to <br /> notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date <br /> of construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> The applicant should use file no. SA-89-37 in the <br /> communication to the District and under the attention of the <br /> Planning Section. <br /> 6 . TRACY PUBLIC SCHOOL <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Building area being constructed on this site will subject to <br /> the school development fees authorized by Government Code <br /> 53080 et seq and duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the <br /> Tracy school District. The owner of the buildings should make <br /> arrangements to meet this requirement at the District office <br /> prior to completion of the building permit process . <br />
