West Lane, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> This project was incorporated in a previously submitted Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate <br /> Loading Study approved by EHD. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Owner must apply for a permit amendment to add the new distribution, and provide evidence <br /> that the system has the capacity to provide peak daily needs. (California Waterworks <br /> Standards section 64562, 64563). <br />
