Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development T� nitrate <br /> loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of 578.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and <br /> sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Note: The above condition is subject to review and findings of the Nitrate Loading <br /> Study and concurrence of this division. <br /> 1 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
