.. <br /> ATTACHMENT "B" <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-99-14 <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-99-14 was approved by the Board of Supervisors <br /> on May 22, 2007. This approval will expire on December 14, 2015 which is eight (8) <br /> years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance <br /> requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the <br /> issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br /> Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Antonio Salcedo, <br /> 468-8597) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br /> PERMIT'. The Site Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared <br /> by a registered civil engineer or licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, <br /> driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK <br /> LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a new regional church facility to include a <br /> fellowship hall (975 seats), staff housing, an office, a storage building and a <br /> maintenance building as shown on the Revised Site Plan submitted December <br /> 28, 1999- Phasing is approved for sixteen (16) years. eight (8) <br /> cyears. <br /> Phase I: (1) A 14,000 square-foot building to be used as a sanctuary, <br /> office space, and a foyer (Building 1 on the Site Plan). <br /> Phase II: (1) A 19,650 square-foot, two story building to be used as a <br /> sanctuary seating 750 parishioners, a nursery, a foyer, and office spaces <br /> (Building 3 on the Site Plan). (2) A 2,872 square-foot, two story building <br /> to be used as a parsonage (Building 4 on the Site Plan). (3) A 4,300 <br /> square foot building to be used as a bus maintenance and storage facility <br /> (Building 5 on the Site Plan) <br /> Phase III: (1) The addition of 225 seats to the sanctuary constructed in <br /> Phase II (Building 3 on the Site Plan). (2) A 6,480 square-foot building for <br /> Sunday School (Building 2 on the Site Plan). <br />
