`r v <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-99-14 <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-99-14 was approved by the Board of Supervisors on <br /> December 14, 1999 . This approval will expire on June 14, 2001, which is 18 months from <br /> the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied <br /> with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, <br /> and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher, 468-9653) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. <br /> The Site Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer or licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details <br /> including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, <br /> and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the <br /> Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a new regional church facility to include a fellowship <br /> hall (975 seats), staff housing, an office, a storage building and a maintenance building as <br /> shown on the Revised Site Plan submitted December 28, 1999. Phasing is approved for <br /> eight(8) years. <br /> Phase I: (1) A 14,000 square-foot building to be used as a sanctuary, office <br /> space, and a foyer (Building 1 on the Site Plan). <br /> Phase 11: (1) A 19,650 square-foot, two story building to be used as a sanctuary <br /> seating 750 2) A 2,872rq a nursery, a foyer, and office spaces square-foot, two story building to be used as a parsonage <br /> ing 3 on the <br /> Site Plan). (2) A 2, <br /> (Building 4 on the Site Plan). (3) A 4,300 square-foot building to be used as a <br /> bus maintenance and storage facility (Building 5 on the Site Plan). <br /> Phase III: (1) The addition of 225 seats to the sanctuary constructed in Phase II <br /> (Building 3 on the Site Plan). (2) A 6,480 square-foot building for Sunday School <br /> (Building 2 on the Site Plan). <br /> c.
