Your letter describes
the wastewater generation rate and wastewater quality at The Home Church. The wastewater generation
rate data spans the time from January 2002 to December 2003. The highest wastewater generation rate
was 253 gallons per day. In addition, your transmittal included characterization of the wastewater for
nitrogen compounds. The data indicates the wastewater falls within the normal range for domestic
wastewater.
Because of the low rate of wastewater generation and the wastewater falls within the normal range for
wastewater constituents, Regional Board staff is hereby delegating authority for your interim septic
system to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Please contact Mike Huggins at
(209) 468-3420 for the County permitting requirements. We understand that you will build a package
treatment plant for full build out of the church; please realize that the Regional Board will likely retain
jurisdiction over that final treatment plant.
If you have any questions on this information, please telephone Tim O'Brien at (916) 464-4616.
WAW _ " I_
WENDY S.
