The project will be built in three (3) phases over a <br /> seven (7) year period. Phase one includes the construction of a 6,000 square foot prayer hall. Phase two <br /> includes converting the 6,000 square foot prayer hall into a dining hall and kitchen and construction of a <br /> 12,000 square foot prayer hall. Phase three includes construction of a 6,000 square foot library and office <br /> (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Neighborhood). The church will have a maximum seating capacity of 249 <br /> persons.
