West Lane APN: 115-310-22 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> West Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 110-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110-feet. <br /> Postal Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 60-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. Any proposed signs shall be located such that no part of the <br /> sign projects into the Public right-of-way or any Public Utility Easement <br /> 3. The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards CW-C11 or CW-C12, prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,502.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as service Commercial in the Stockton area.
