WEST LANE (APN 115-310-22) PA-0700130 (SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer shall install full frontage improvements on Postal Avenue, within the <br /> limits of the project, including, but not limited to, a type 38 driveway, sidewalks, pavement <br /> widening and street lighting. Said improvements shall be installed prior to occupancy of any <br /> buildings/structures on this site. Further, all off-site improvements shall conform to City of <br /> Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications, and the applicant shall obtain appropriate City <br /> of Stockton permits prior to start of work in the city's right-of-way. <br /> 2. The drive aisle between the existing and proposed building(s)should be a minimum of 25'to <br /> accommodate two-way traffic. <br /> 3. The proposed sign should be relocated such that no part of the sign projects into the public <br /> right-of-way, nor should any part of the sign be placed in a Public Utility Easement. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
