Item No. 3
PC: 11-5-92
UP-92-28
Page 3
recommended that any new parking areas meet the landscaping requirements of the
Development Title. The easter 160 feet of this site is undeveloped. If this portion remains as
part of the project, it is recommended that R either be paved or landscaped. If it is not to be part
of the project, then it is recommended that it be barricaded from traffic.
No monument or freestanding signs are proposed. The Title adequately addresses sign usage
for this site, and no further restrictions are recommended.
FACILMES/SERVICES:
Water/Sewage Disposal/Drainage:
Water will continue to be supplied by California Water Service Company. Sewage disposal is by
septic system. The Department of Public Health Services recommends that the leach field be
barricaded from traffic. Drainage is to West Lane. No on-site drainage pond is recommended.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS:
An Initial Study was prepared for this project on September 22, 1992, and no significant environmental
impacts were identified. On the basis of that review, a Negative Declaration was prepared. In addition,
a Certificate of Fee Exemption with a'De Minimis Impact Finding' has been prepared which indicates that
this project could not have a significant impact on fish and wildlife resources.
