PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a- State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area This leach field <br /> area must be used for that speck purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> 3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a- The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide a minimum of three exits that comply with all requirements contained in <br /> Chapter 33 of the Uniform Building Code (1991). <br />
