g. One copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to the Development Services <br /> Division. The Improvement Plan will be distributed to the involved County departments <br /> for approval. The Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 884.4) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> 3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirement will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide a minimum of three exits that comply with all requirements contained in <br /> Chapter 33 of the Uniform Building Code (1991). <br /> NOTE: On November 5, 1992,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-92-28 subject <br /> to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - UP-92-28 <br />
