Upon further developmerit,'the owner/developer should dedicate and improve West Lane <br /> within the limits of the project as needed to comply with the adopted West Lane Precise Plan. <br /> Full frontage improvements including, but not limited to, driveways, curb, gutter, sidewalks, <br /> pavement widening and street lighting, should be installed prior to occupancy of any <br /> buildings/structures on this site. Further, all off-site improvements shall conform to City of <br /> Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> 2. Upon further development, the owner/developer should dedicate and improve Morada Lane <br /> within the limits of the project as needed to provide a six lane roadway facility in compliance <br /> with adopted City standards. Full frontage improvements including, but not limited to, <br /> driveways, curb,gutter,sidewalks, pavement widening and street lighting, should be installed <br /> prior to occupancy of any buildings/structures on this site.
