Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-0122 <br /> Page 2 <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil. Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Public Works Department and submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department for approval. As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for <br /> an additional fee of $100.00. ) (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> f. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9--9184) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement' _on the Parcel. Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Ace Section 664.11) <br /> h. Parcel 1 shall contain a minimum of 1. 50 acres net. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-3109 .5) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. On Parcel 1 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5--3003) <br /> d. On Parcel 1 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. San Joaquin <br /> county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-41.00) <br /> 3. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels <br /> which will not continue to receive irrigation water. <br />
