LHilvers Residence <br /> April 26, 1993 <br /> Page 1 <br /> LINTRODUCTION AND PROJECT SCOPE <br /> At the request of Mr. Ike Hilvers, Construction Testing and Engineering, Inc. <br /> (CTE) has prepared this Soil Suitability Study for the property located at 11069 <br /> East West Ripon Road in Ripon, California. This report presents the results of the <br /> finvestigation of the subject site with respect to sewage handling practices. <br /> L� <br /> The purpose of this report was to gather available information concerning the past <br /> L and present sewage handling practices at the subject site. The information is used <br /> to determine if the proposed site is suitable to support the proposed septic system <br /> and to evaluate potential impacts to groundwater quality that may occur. The <br /> information presented in this report is intended for use during the subdividing of <br /> a 1.5-acre homesite from the 40.8-acre parcel. <br /> During the investigation inquires were made at the appropriate governmental <br /> agencies and applicable regulatory lists and files were reviewed. A field <br /> reconnaissance of the properties adjacent to the study site was performed. <br /> LSITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site, consisting of approximately 40.8 acres, is located at 11069 East <br /> West Ripon Road in Ripon, California (see Figure 1) . The property is described on <br /> r the Tentative Parcel Map prepared by Aspen Survey Company as being: <br /> IL• Hilvers Family Trust, being a division of Parcel B, as shown in Volume <br /> 5 of Parcel Maps, Page 160, San Joaquin County Records, and also lying <br /> L in a portion of Section 23, Township 2 South, Range 7 East, Mount <br /> Diablo Base and Meridian. <br /> L The subject site is currently used as an almond orchard. A home, consisting of a <br /> front and back yard, access road, and a driveway, is present on the site. A private <br /> water well provides water to the home. The subject site is bounded by other similar <br /> farm properties and single family residences on all sides. The density of the <br /> surrounding development is low. <br /> L <br /> L <br />
