Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$174.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> NOTE: Applicant has completed the Soil Suitability and water tests. <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required due to well lacking structural integrity prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
