CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0800232 <br /> Sipma <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0800232 was approved by the San Joaquin County' <br /> Community Development Department on September 29, 2008, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 31, 2010,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property lines between three <br /> parcels as shown on the Site Plan dated July 25, 2008. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the. Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. MINIMUM LOT SIZE: Parcel 3 shall be a total of 40.26 acres in size. Parcel 1 shall be a minimum <br /> of two (2)acres.
