Please note these changes in the following revised section.Please also note the <br /> additions made in response to the request of Michael Escotto. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to Robert Edelman, the proposed development for the property is to demolish or <br /> remove all currently existing trailers and boat storage on site. One permanent trailer which is located <br /> J� on the central portion of the property will remain. This trailer has its own septic system which will <br /> remain. Marina clients will have storage capability of 71,500 square feet to be used for dry boat <br /> storage.The boat storage will have a bathroom. This bathroom will be connected to a septic system <br /> near the southern portion of the property which also serves the snack shop,office and toilet and <br /> shower room.According to Robert Edelman,the flow to the standard septic system will not change <br /> with the most current proposed development. <br /> 955 <br /> The marina snack shop and office will remain.The construction will include the modification of one <br /> septic system near the southwest portion of the property which serves the snack shop, office and a <br /> toilet and a shower.This system will be replaced by a standard septic system to serve the toilets, <br /> shower, the office and snack shop and a bathroom located in the dry boat storage building. <br /> 3.2 Contribution of Rainfall <br /> An estimate of the quantity and quality of rainfall was required for the nitrate loading analysis.
