The gradient of the groundwater in the immediate vicinity of the
site is indeterminate.
Groundwater was encountered at approximately 12.5 feet below ground surface by the staff of Neil
O.Anderson&Associates,Inc. during the drilling of a groundwater boring on September 12,2006
near the proposed picnic area which is located near the southern portion of the property. The level
of groundwater was found to be approximately 2.8 feet below ground surface near the center of the
property on October 25,2006. The gradient of the groundwater in the immediate vicinity of the site
is indeterminate.
LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
