Wilcox Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements can not be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> �01'�I.';,Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). The sewage system is to comprise of <br /> a�11!" a 1600 gallon tank with 2-100' leach lines and 2-36" pits. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system <br /> /y� �g meets State standards prior to recording the final map. (San Joaquin County <br /> 7" Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material. You can obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental Health <br /> Division.
