The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. MINIMUM LOT SIZE: Parcel 1 shall be 32,670 square feet in size. Parcel 3 shall be a minimum of <br /> 10 acres in size.
