Williams Rd. , Escalon <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. On parcels #1 and #2 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. On parcels #1 and #2 construction of an individual domestic <br /> water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e.
