Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three wells were <br /> identified at addresses within one mile of the subject Site. Nitrate had been <br /> detected in the wells at concentrations of 9.9 to 37.9 mg/L. The wells had not <br /> been tested for DBCP. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US <br /> EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. The MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ug/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> Because the Site is residential land, the San Joaquin County Agricultural <br /> Commissioner's Office was not contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on January 27, 2015 for mapped <br /> oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were <br /> identified within the search area. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database )' <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> January 27, 2015 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site. One pipeline was identified within the search area. A <br /> gas transmission pipeline is located at the intersection of Waterloo Road and <br /> Harding Way, approximately one-quarter mile west of the Site. The pipeline is <br /> operated by Pacific Gas & Electric Company and is in service, according to <br /> NPMS. Local pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in <br /> the area as well. <br /> LOGE 1503 8 <br />
