Methods to be used to protect redistributed topsoil (or soil substitute)from wind and water erosion before and <br /> after seeding and planting. <br /> [ ] 2. Explain the types and amounts of fertilizers, mulch,soil stabilizers, lime,or other materials that will be used in <br /> revegetation and indicate when they will be applied. <br /> [ ] 3. Provide a planting plan. The plan may include: <br /> [ ] a. How the site will be prepared for planting (e.g., ripping,disking, and incorporation of soil additives). <br /> [ ] b. A list of the species(include scientific names)to be planted. <br /> [ ] c.
