(Supervisorial District 3) <br />PROPERTY OWNER: Eric Drew Barnes Estate APPLICANT: FTG Materials, Inc. <br />ADDRESS: 13160 South Willow Glen Road, Stockton APN: 191-040-07 <br />INFORMATION: <br />Willow Glen Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br />Crocker Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and shall delineate <br />temporary stockpile boundaries and slopes. No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the <br />property boundary. <br />Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt and gravel resulting from excavation operations. All private roads and haul routes involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the dust. <br />4. A maintenance agreement shall be executed by the applicant prior to release of the improvement plan. This <br />agreement shall include a per ton maintenance fee to be, paid to the County to mitigate maintenance impacts for <br />the County roads utilized as haul routes. This fee shall be adjusted annually for inflation each year on January 1 <br />based on the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index for the San Francisco Bay Area. In lieu of a <br />maintenance agreement, a one-time fee based upon total cubic yards permitted for excavation shall be paid for <br />road maintenance purposes. <br />Loads on all public roads shall be required to be legal loads only.
