Wilson Way, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. On remainder parcel construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> b. On remainder parcel construct a water well under permit and <br /> inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of <br /> service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will <br /> be required by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C.
