-4- <br /> Note: <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health <br /> Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is suitable for <br /> septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> c. Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that leach lines <br /> are not being driven over or parked on. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and <br /> inspection with the Environmental Health Department.The fee for the consultation permit is$250. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> e. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3&9-1110.4). <br /> f. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br />
