UEC Document No.: R3579901
February 8, 1999
4.0 CLOSURE
Universal Engineering Company has performed Soil Profile and Soil Percolation tests, as well as a Nitrate
Loading analysis, of the subject properties as reconfigured in Lot Line Adjustment LA9859. It has been
determined that all mandatory setback requirements may be met while maintaining adequate space for a
100% septic system replacement area for both the North and South Parcels. The design of the future
replacement septic systems is beyond the scope of this report; however, it is felt that an Engineered system
which pumps the gray-water to an area at least 40 feet north of the existing drainage pond will be required.
The north parcel may be handled with a conventional, pressure-dose system.
If you have any questions or if we can be of any assistance to you in consideration of Lot Line Adjustment
LA98569, please feel free to contact our Stockton Office at your convenience at 209-477-5979.
Sincerely,
UNIVERSAL ENGINEERING COMPANY
•- Thomas .
