Attached is a <br /> copy of Lot Line Adjustment 98-59 requirements, and Perc Test requirements. <br /> 1. San Joaquin County Development Title, Chapter 9-1105.2 requires the below items be <br /> addressed. <br /> A. The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development project's use of <br /> septic tanks within and around the area, <br /> B. The suitability of the soil for utilizing septic systems, including percolation rates and soil <br /> profiles, <br /> C. The depth and gradient of the water table, <br /> D. The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential problems; <br /> E. Other information as required by the Environmental Health Division to determine the <br /> cumulative effect of the existing and the proposed development pro.jec:t oil groundwater <br /> contamination; <br /> 2. Soil Percolation Testing is required as per condition letter.
