Woodbridge Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> 7�j�oL incorporating proposed staff and customer use indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> �1 tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank <br /> practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required <br /> for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 47X.3i� The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> 'nBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s).
