n <br /> The well water was tested by FarWest Labs for DBCP and Nitrates and the results were: <br /> DBCP X0.01 ug/L Nitrates 4.0 mg/L <br /> The sample meets current California drinking water standards.There is no third party involved in <br /> the samplinghesting of the well water,hence no chain of title. The test results and a sampling log <br /> are included in this report. <br /> SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION <br /> s No pit is dug to determine the soil profile,as the profike is determined by observing the soil <br /> removed and the rate of drilling. The soil profile as compiled from,the 3 parcels is as follows: <br /> 0-3'Dark Clay,moist.. <br /> 3'-8'Si.Sd.CI. <br /> 8`-I l'Hard Pan <br /> I P- 18'Sand <br /> 18'-20 Dense Si.Sd.CI <br /> 20'-24'Clay <br /> 24'-25'Sand <br /> PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION <br /> The test holes for the 3 parcels are plotted on the TPM. A shallow(42")and d 25 were <br /> agured on each parcel,as a mini Urn.The TPM shows three parcels with ties to each test hole. <br /> Parcels tested as follows: Parcel l -5117/06,Par.2-4125/06,Par. 3 -6/20106 <br /> Each ofthe holes to be tested were prepared per SJC Policy MID 02-02.The 24 hour soak began <br /> the day before the 4 hour testing procedure.The holes were dry. The test hole sleeving was <br /> completed as soon as possible after the drilling.Two inches of small gravel was placed in the <br /> bottom of the holes prior to placement of the PVC sleeving. (See sketch by Smith&Assoc of <br /> hole preparation)Then additional gravel was placed around the sleeving. <br /> Parcels tested/passed as follows: Parcel 1 -5117/06, Paz. 2-4/25/06,Paz. 3 -6/20106 <br /> The field test forms show the readings. All three parcels.require 6,000 SF of Leach Field Area <br /> The subject site has two numbers as follows: PA 06-21 and PA 06-22,however there is only one <br /> Tentative Parcel Map and is included in each of the two reports <br /> 2. <br />
