By 4 September 2003, Newport Pacific/Arbor Mobile <br /> Home Park must submit an Operation and Maintenance Plan for the wastewater system. Please refer to <br /> the enclosed order for additional submittals and requirements. In addition, the WDRs contain a <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) that contains specified monitoring requirements for you to <br /> implement. Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish the appropriate sampling <br /> schedules and protocols accordingly.
