NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BEGINNING 1:30 P.M., ON OCTOBER 9, 2007, or as soon as the matter can be heard thereafter, THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, IN THE CHAMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, on the Seventh Floor of the Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, will hold a public hearing and receive oral and written statements regarding the following applications and their environmental determinations: PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE APPEAL BY MOKELUMNE SCHOOL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF USE PERMIT NO. PA-0500531 OF MICHAEL AND LISA DOUGLAS (C/O JERRY GREENMEYER)for a Recreational Vehicle Park with a recreation hall, four restroom/shower buildings, a manager's building, an office and reception building, a covered picnic area, and 147 parking spaces. The project site is located on the south side of Woodbridge Road, 600 feet east of State Route 99, north of Lodi (Fourth Supervisorial District). Environmental Determination: An Initial Study indicates that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been posted. PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. PA-0700295 AND ZONE RECLASSIFICATION NO. PA-0700296 OF JOE & SHEILA NEWFIELD (C/O DILLON & MURPHY): A General Plan Map Amendment application to amend the General Plan designation of one 0.52 acre parcel from RIM (Medium Density Residential) to C/C (Community Commercial) and a Zone Reclassification application to reclassify the zoning from R-M (Medium Density Residential) to C-C (Community Commercial). The project site is located on the east side of Lower Sacramento Road, 50 feet north of Mokelumne Street, northwest of Lodi (Fourth Supervisorial District). Environmental Determination: An Initial Study indicates that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been posted. All persons interested in these matters are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing. If you challenge the nature of the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Division at, or prior to, the public hearing.
