WOODBRIDGE RD., ACAMPO, CA <br /> LANDUSE APPLICATION: PA-0500531 <br /> The preliminary process design report for the Wine Cup Motor Coach Resort Waste <br /> Water Treatment Plant has been reviewed by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (E1-TD) and has been determined to be acceptable at this stage of the application. The <br /> following issues shall be addressed in the final design report and approved prior to <br /> issuance of the liquid waste permit for the installation of the waste water treatment plant: <br /> 1) The final design and process shall be approved by the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) prior to issuance of the liquid waste permit by <br /> the Environmental Health Department (EHD) and shall be demonstrated by <br /> issuance of a letter from the approving agency per Water Quality Order No_ 97- <br /> 1 O-DWQ. <br /> 2) Monitoring Reports shall be submitted according to California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control. Board's "General Monitoring and Reporting Program"No. 97- <br /> 10-DWQ for "General Waste Discharge Requirements" (WDRs)for Small <br /> Domestic Waste Systems, including Recreational Vehicle (RV) Waste Monitoring. <br /> 3) The applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department(El-M) with the <br /> name and or facility that will be responsible for operations, maintenance and <br /> monitoring for lab analyses prior to issuance of a liquid waste permit by the <br /> EHD. <br /> 1 <br />
